Today Virtus IT announced its acquisition of Clearway NMS and with it 100% ownership of the Clearway NMS products: Network Assurance Expert and OCS Expert.

Clearway NMS had been set up as a JV between Clearway Partners in the US and Virtus IT in the UK.

"This marks an important step in the evolution of Virtus IT as it brings all of the assets we need to complete our Complex Event Processor technology under one roof" said Virtus IT's CEO, Stephen Wells.
