We have a network of Authorised Service Partners (ASP's) in more than 80 countries across the globe. The ASP provides Field Service Engineers (FSE) under the remote technical guidance of our IntelliDesk Operations Centre technicians and Technical Consultants. The FSE function is required to meet engineer to site maintenance response SLA's, onsite installation activity and resident engineer functions.

ASPs are selected from best of breed organisations across the globe and they are all certified by us before they can work under our service delivery model.
