Virtus’ IntelliINTEGRATE service offers integration services to its customers. We work collaboratively with our customers to deliver a level of project management, audit, installation, configuration and testing services in a flexible, modular approach which is complementary to the customer’s in house abilities, project timelines and budget.
Customers can tailor the IntelliINTEGRATE package to their specific requirements and services can range from delivering an entire end to end installation project lifecycle to providing remote technical support to customer engineers. Similarly, we can offer skilled technical engineer services to fulfill onsite ‘intelligent hands’ operations whereby an engineer takes instruction from a customer technician in order to restore / provision service to a device.
