From Packets to Global Trends
One of the significant strengths of Virtus Technology solutions is the breadth and the depth of the information that each solution can supply.
At one extreme the CEP can analyse data being supplied from multiple sources, in real time, at packet level. For example in our Customer Experience Management solution portfolio one of our Spokes can analyse the quality of VoIP phone call by processing each IP Packet that makes up a conversation, in real time, looking at delay, jitter and packet loss amongst other things to calculate a Mean Opinion Score (MOS) for that call – a measure of call quality.
At the other extreme, because we can store as much data as is required in the Cloud, and because we have an advanced yet very easy to use Business Intelligence (BI) front end to our technology solutions (highly regarded by Gartner) we can perform complex analytics and data mining with ease on any data that CEP has processed to give the kind of business insight that is key for organisations that want to stay ahead of their competition.
In the above example, at the press of a button we can to show the performance of a particular model of phone over (say) a six month period, segmented by Country and filtered by the type of Codec used, or group those customers who have experienced poor call quality and have a particular firmware release.
